“At first glance” What will the client’s first impression be upon coming home?
Any windows that were opened by you must be closed or if the AC was turned on by you make sure it is turned back off.
Leave a note for the client, thanking them for any tips or pointing out any extra things you did or anything you were not able to get to.
After locking the door then return the key in the lockbox and make sure to scramble the numbers or letters!
