How do you unlock the door at the bottom of the stairs to access the office? : Using my code that is in the title of the group me message between me and the managers.
What should you do the day before each shift? : Text my partner the day before and make a plan for who is picking up supplies.
If you're picking up supplies for the day, what time should you arrive at the office?: 8:15am
Besides rags, vacuum, caddy, and mop, which items at the office should you take when you're picking up supplies?: Mail from my mailbox and my partners. Any keys that are needed (check the names of the clients in zenmaid for key notes). Snacks and a drink from the kitchenette area. Any gifts for clients or special supplies on the brown table that have a note for me.
What should you do if you're the last one to leave the office in the morning and no managers are present? : Shut off all the lights and close the door at the bottom of the stairs (it will lock automatically).
When you're dropping off supplies at the end of the day, tell me about how to clean/put away the vacuum. : Empty the canister fully (from the top and bottom). Make sure the "cone" in the top of the canister is not caked with dirt/dust. Take out the 2 foam filters, brush off the hair/dust/debris and put both in the washing machine. Put 2 new filters from the shelf into the vacuum and replace the canister.
Tell me about your understanding of unpacking the duffel bag and washing the dirty rags. : Put away any clean/dry/unused rags NEATLY on the shelves in the laundry room. Put all dirty rags into the washing machine. If you put rags into a machine that already has dirty rags, but is not yet started, that means I am the 2nd team to put rags in that machine, and now it can be started. Follow the directions on the wall above the machines for how to add soap and start the dual wash/dry cycle.
Besides rags (dirty and clean) that come out of the duffel bag at the end of the day, what else from the duffel bag should get put away? : Client Keys.
What is "End of the Week TLC"? And how do you remember what to do? : Sanitizing all of the equipment, (including bottles, caddy, vacuum and vacuum cord). Filling up all products. Checking the duffel bag for all attachments and tools, refilling the tampon bag. using the list on the wall above the garbage cans in the laundry room so that I don't forget anything and so that the team that uses that set of supplies next week is set up for success.
