What equipment should you take with you to clean the kitchen? : The whole caddy, 1 Ecloth, 1 polish cloth, 1 white, and 1 scrub daddy
What is the first thing you should clean in the kitchen?: The window and anything that needs a polish cloth (so that you're doing those items while the ecloth and polish cloth are most clean.
Besides cleaning the window first, where should you start next? Should you move clockwise or counterclockwise around the room?: After anything like windows, mirrors, front of appliances with the polish cloth, I usually start to the left of a doorway and work my way around the kitchen COUNTER clockwise (so that as I'm using my right hand, I'm walking forward).
How do you clean a microwave?: Fill a mug or small bowl with water and microwave it for 5 minutes. Remove it using a towel because it will be very hot! Then wipe out the microwave with a damp Ecloth. Do not spray any products inside a microwave.
Who does the dusting in the kitchen? : The person who is cleaning the kitchen (not the "dusting" person).
What can happen to any labels/knobs on the oven/stove?: If you spray Oven Cleaner or All Purpose on them, then scrub them, the labels can peel or scrub off. It's likely fine if you don't use too much pressure. But to be safe, just use a damp Ecloth.
List two methods of double checking that countertops are perfectly clean and crumb free.: After cleaning, and after the counter is dry, run your dry hand over the countertop - it will be obvious by feel if there are crumbs or dirty or anything sticky left. The other method is to squat/bend down and look at the countertop from eye level, especially in the sunlight to check for crumbs or sticky spots.
Describe how to completely clean a kitchen sink and faucet. : Using an Ecloth that is damp with hot water, wipe down the backsplash behind the faucet, then wipe down the faucet and polish it perfectly. Then sprinkle some Bar Keeper's Friend in the sink, and scrub it with a Scrub Daddy (cold water will make the Scrub Daddy more firm, hot water will make it less abrasive/softer). Rinse as much Bar Keeper's down the drain as possible before wiping the whole sink clean with an Ecloth. Finish by polishing the whole sink and edges. Maybe leave a polishing cloth by the sink to remind you to polish it up again after the mopping is done. :)
List as many things as you can remember that you can do in the kitchen if you have extra time.: Garbage disposal ring, top of fridge, drawer underneath oven, fridge door seal, vent at the bottom of fridge.
