Where should the vacuum person start working? : Bathrooms
What should the vacuum person do next? : They should follow the dusting person
Based on what you know about dusting already, which kinds of rooms should the dusting person start working in? : They should start with rooms that have hard floors, so that the mopping can get started as soon as possible
What kind of other things does the dusting person do? : Pick up, shake rugs, dry mopping under furniture, empty garbages in any rooms they clean, staging, prep for the vacuumer
How should the dusting person pace themselves? : The same amount of time spent dusting a house on a 2 person team. Ask the lead cleaner for guidance.
How important is it to communicate well on a 3 person team?: SO important! Things need to be coordinated with precision so that all 3 people can be done at the same time. Communication and planning make this possible.
Where does the 3rd person start?: In the kitchen
What does the kitchen person do next?: The master bathroom. Or if the dusting person has started the master, then the kitchen person starts on one of the other bathrooms.
What does everyone do with garbages from the rooms they've cleaned?: Into the kitchen garbage, to be taken out at the very end (so it doesn't leak on the floor)
Who mops?: The first person who finishes their section of tasks.
