Tell me about the 4 kinds of rags: Ecloth for kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, walls, windows, mirrors - pretty much anything! Polish cloth (also blue) for polishing/drying anything smooth after it's cleaned with an Ecloth, mirrors, windows, stainless steel, sinks, faucets, countertops etc. Yellow rags for toilets and the floor near toilets. White for disinfecting houses and our equipment and also treated as disposable - cleaning something really dirty like the inside of an oven, then throwing away.
Tell me about the 3 kinds of mop pads and how to use them: All Norwex mop pads. Wet mop pads are for pretty much any kind of floors. Tile mop pads are if you need extra scrubbing power. Dry mop pads are for pre-vacuuming such as under furniture that is on hard floors.
When using a spray or liquid product, what should you keep in mind? : Is it needed, or could an Ecloth and hot water work? Is it the right product for the job? Is it a product that could damage that type of surface, like barkeeper's friend?
Where should you put the caddy while you're cleaning?: On the floor, not a countertop because the bottom of the caddy can be dirty.
How do you use a magic eraser? And what do you do with it at the end of the house or day? : Soak with water and wring out. Then use light to medium pressure to buff out stains on almost any surface. Being careful for painted surfaces, as it could remove paint. Wring it out completely at the end of the day and bring it home in the caddy (not the dirty rag bag), then put it back on the shelf or in the duffel bag.
What could go wrong with vacuuming regarding the parts of the vacuum that control suction? : On some of the vacuum models there is a red valve that releases suction - if this is open then the vacuum is not as strong as it could be. Which is good if you have REALLY thick carpet. But usually you want this vent closed. Also if the top of the canister is full of dirt/pet hair and the holes in the cone are clogged then the vacuum will not have as much suction as possible.
How do you clean glass/mirrors/stainless steel?: Clean them first with an Ecloth that is dampened and wrung out with hot water. Then polish them to streak free with a clean dry polish cloth
Which brushes get used in bathrooms only?: Toilet lip brushes! Flat scrub brush with handle. Usually the grout brushes are for bathroom use only. The pumice stone. And the regular toilet brush.
Do you need to use a spray/liquid product on every surface?: No. An Ecloth and hot water is the first option unless a surface really needs more.
