Hi, my name is Bettina. Before joining Sparklean in July of 2026 I was bring happiness through great food at my catering job, and also tending to the always exciting, ever changing dynamics of a large Italian family. My family is large, not to mention the dozens upon dozens of chosen family in the Food & Beverage/ Hospitality world. My favorite hobby is cooking! I chose a job in cleaning because it is an environment that continues to change and at the same time it has a clear "big picture" of what success looks like. My favorite thing to clean is the the kitchen, it's the room that we all use to provide love and sustenance for our families. A clean kitchen leads to a happy, full bellies. Something unique about me, I can juggle. Not just a full schedule or a challenging work load, I can juggle 3 little tiny bags full of beans. :)
